Food Manufacturing

Our Production Facility supports food manufacturing, cooking, retort processing, blast freezing, packaging and storage. Storage categories include frozen, chilled and dry goods. Product and packaging requirements are discussed for each project.

Our methods include HACCP-based hazard identification, preventive controls and verification; documented responsibilities, procedures, records, review and improvement; and lean improvement to reduce avoidable waste, clarify flow and solve root causes.

PB · OEM & Product Development

We welcome Private Brand (PB) and OEM discussions for products beyond our current catalogue. Share your concept and we can explore possibilities through experienced product development and feasibility review. Relevant Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare requirements are considered for the factory and project scope.

We work with companies of different sizes. There is no universal minimum order quantity or standard lead time: both vary by product, specification, project scope and customer requirements.
